• The median days on market was 7
  
• The average list-to-sale price ratio was 99.6%.
  

For the 146 single homes in the group:

• The average sold price was $439,918
  
• The median sold price was $422,500
  
• The average days on market was 30
  
• The median days on market was 8
  
• The average list-to-sale price ratio was 99.4%
  
• The highest sold price was $830,000.
