• The median days on market was 7
  
• The average list-to-sale price ratio was 98.4%
  
• The median list-to-sale price ratio was 100%.
  

Fifty-five of the 113 homes sold were single homes. For this group:

• The average sale price was $435,015
  
• The median sale price was $395,000
  
• The average days on market was 46
  
• The median days on market was 7
  
• The average list-to-sale price ratio was 97.9%
  
• The median list-to-sale price ratio was 100%
  
• The highest sale price was $1,725,000, in Schuylkill Township.
  

The Phoenixville School District encompasses Phoenixville Borough, Schuylkill Township, and East Pikeland Township in Chester County.
