Are you looking for a walkable town with parks, restaurants,
and shopping? If so, consider Lansdale Borough
in Montgomery County. Incorporated in
1872, Lansdale has retained its small-town feel but offers amenities
important for today’s lifestyle.
Businesses and restaurants line Main and Broad Streets, and the
town has several public parks, two pools, and a library, YMCA, and train
station. The town offers other attractions as well:the Festival of the Arts, Whites Road Park
Concert Series, and Lansdale Farmer’s Market.
Lansdale is part of the North Penn School District, one of
the larger districts in the area. Surrounding
the town are several suburban townships—Montgomery,
Hatfield, Towamencin, and Upper Gwynedd—which are also part of the
North Penn district.
What Type of Housing is Available?

townships. Over the last three months, the average sold price for homes in Lansdale
Borough and its four surrounding townships was $412,030. In Lansdale Borough
alone, it was $309,264.*

pharmaceutical site and is also within commuting distance to businesses in
Collegeville, Horsham, Fort Washington, and Blue Bell. If you commute to Philadelphia or just like to

Lansdale/Doylestown line.
